Adrian Brown is talented wedding and family portraits photographer predominantly working in the Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire areas but also covers the rest of the UK.  In his wedding photography he blends reportage or photojournalistic styles with contemporary groups and portraits to bring a modern yet timeless style to his photographs.

He also uses this approach in his portrait work.  There are many high street photographic studios all producing the same photographs time and time again.  Adrian works hard to capture the character of his subjects in beautiful images that don't look the same as everyone else's family photos and won't go out of fashion in a couple of years.  Coupled with gallery quality framing, art blocks or stretched canvas prints, his pictures are a work of art.

Adrian is within easy reach of Ashby de la Zouch, Austrey, Norton Juxta Twycross, Swadlincote, Burton on Trent, Derby, Barton Under Needwood, Leicester, Nottingham, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Kingsbury, Marston Farm Hotel, Highbury Hall, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Rugeley, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Market Bosworth, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Four Oaks Birmingham, Solihull, Coleshill, Coventry, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster and all surrounding areas but also covers the rest of the UK and overseas for location weddings.

More information about wedding photography

The photographing of weddings is usually referred to as wedding photography. Wedding photography includes photos of the newlyweds and the family members prior and post marriage. The photographer will usually capture photos of the venue, wedding gifts, and portraits of the couple and close family members. A professional photographer can eternally capture the important moments of a wedding. The wedding photographers of today are artists empowered with the latest technology and using high end cameras, skilled professionals can create pictures that you will cherish forever.

The Development Of Wedding Photography

With the evolution of camera technology, wedding photography has also evolved over the ages. Because older photography equipment was so bulky, couples used to visit studios for their portraits, and no pictures were taken during the wedding ceremony. In the initial stages of wedding photography, photographers used to come to the weddings, click the pictures, and then later try and sell the pictures to the couple or the family. Then the concept of a wedding album was introduced, and involved classifying photographs into specific groups or categories. In today's time of digital SLRs, photographers add post production techniques, bringing the art of wedding photography to a new high.

The Different Approaches To Wedding Photography
The wedding couple mainly decides on the look and feel of the wedding album, and photographers work on instructions given to them by the couple beforehand. They can render wedding photographs to be either conventional or contemporary based on the expressions, angles, and background. A photojournalistic approach involves little interference from the photographer. The event is captured as it happens, and later compiled in a way to tell the story of the day. On occasion, some couples prefer a fusion of photojournalistic and conventional photography. Contemporary style involves capturing the essence and the general mood or atmosphere of a wedding.
