I'm not a salesman, I'm a photographer. Everything I do is all about producing the very best images I can at every wedding I shoot, every party I attend, in fact, every time I pick up a camera. I love what I do. The reason I can make my living from it is because of the quality of my photography, not because of any business and marketing knowledge or sales techniques (I probably couldn't sell a bottle of water to a thirsty man).

I like to run my business in an ethical way and want you to have the best possible customer experience. This is why I make this pledge to all my clients:

I will never use pressure sales techniques to persuade you to buy more than you want or can afford. I will always simply show you what is available and give you a full list of prices. All you have to do is choose what you would like.
I will not use unrealistic competition wins, introductory offers or conning approaches geared to make you spend more.
I do not use credit agreements because I only expect you to spend what you can afford.
I aim to reuse and recycle where ever possible, including a range of wedding albums and greetings cards using recycled paper.
I respect intellectual property and copyright of other businesses and artists.
I will endeavour to provide the best customer service at all times.
